Dr. Susan Shirley

Dr. Shirley graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Washington State University in 1976.  She has owned Firgrove Veterinary Clinic since 1979.

Dr. Shirley enjoys the tough cases whether it be medical or surgical. She's skilled in ultrasonography, echocardiogram, and many surgical procedures including advanced orthopedics. She excels in cases that require thinking outside of the box and loves to be challenged.

 

She currently enjoys the company of two dogs, LuLu (Boston Terrier) and Zelda, as well as a cat that adopted her, 50 Shades of Orange (AKA "Fifty").

In her spare time Dr. Shirley enjoys spending time in her garden and spends a lot of time baking for our team and providing fresh produce from her garden. Keep up on your trivia! This lady has A LOT of knowledge outside of veterinary medicine and will keep you sharp with her factoids and historical knowledge.
